Our Policies

Privacy Policy

In accordance with GDPR, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information.

Code of Conduct

The primary goal of the Code of Conduct is to ensure a safe, respectful and friendly environment for all the people within our community. Houria CIC aims to adopt the highest possible standards and take all reasonable steps in relation to the safety and welfare of the people we support.

Safeguarding Policy

The act of safeguarding is to protect children, young people and adults at risk from abuse, neglect or harm. Safeguarding involves people and organisations working together to stop abuse and neglect occurring and intervening effectively in situations if we do see abuse taking place.

Health & Safety Policy

Our health and safety policy sets out Houria’s general approach to health and safety. It explains how Houria manages health and safety when Sisters and Allies are working in a catering setting.

Complaints Policy

We endeavour to explore every reasonable option to resolve complaints by working with the person making the complaint to agree on an outcome which is satisfactory to the complainants and Houria CIC.
